Program Rules
Maintenance Plan Terms
- Minimum commitment: 3 completed service cycles. Missed cycles do not count toward the commitment.
- Your maintenance plan activates only after your first completed service.
- Each cycle has a limited booking window. You must schedule within that cycle's available booking window.
- Each cycle allows one pushback only.
- A pushback extends the booking window by 5 business days.
- A pushback adds a 15% upcharge to the service price.
- The pushback fee is waived only if no valid booking slots were available during the original cycle window.
- If a cycle expires without a booking, that cycle is marked missed.
- When a cycle is missed, your next maintenance booking is charged at full price. Discounted pricing resumes after that cycle is completed.
- Travel fees still apply and are not waived by the maintenance plan.
